AI-native video and static at a speed and price a traditional studio cannot match.
01The problem
A traditional UGC batch runs three to six weeks. Casting, shipping product, filming, editing, revisions. By the time it lands, the insight it was built on is a month old and the account has already moved past it.
So brands test less than they should. Not for lack of ideas, but because every idea arrives with a shoot attached, and a shoot has to be justified before it can be tried.
That turns production into a gate on learning. The cheapest concepts to test end up being the ones that never get made at all.
If making an ad is expensive, you will only ever make the safe ones.
02What we do
Four outputs, one pipeline. No set, no crew, no shipping window.
Product video, VSLs and UGC-style creative built without a set, a crew or a courier tracking number.
Feed statics, motion graphics and animated banners produced from the same concept, so a campaign reads as one thing.
New languages and markets handled as a production step rather than a second project with its own timeline.
Correct ratios, safe areas and specs for Meta feed, Reels, Stories and marketplace listings. Nothing needs re-cutting on your side.
03How it works
Four steps. The point of the first one is to make the rest cheap.
We agree the concept and the shot logic before anything is generated, so revisions stay cheap.
You see a real asset rather than a mood board, while the idea is still current.
Feedback goes straight back into production. No re-shoot, no re-booking, no waiting on a crew.
Final files in every ratio and spec you need, named so your ad account stays legible.
04Deliverables
Finished assets, in the shapes your channels actually need.
Production runs as a retainer or as a one-off sprint. See pricing.
05Proof
Three production problems, solved without a shoot.
Against the three to six weeks a traditional UGC batch takes. Roughly a tenfold difference in production speed.

See the work →HOCUSChristmas and Easter campaign films plus in-location offer screens, at a production level normally priced out of reach for a service business.
Read the case study →Speed figures are our own production timings, measured on the engagements linked above. Media results depend on the account running the ads, so we report those separately. See the full portfolio.
One to three days per asset once the concept and boards are agreed. Full batches land inside a month. The boards stage is what makes that possible, so we do not skip it even when a brief is urgent.
Not if it is done properly, and that is mostly a judgment problem rather than a tool problem. The generation is the easy half. Knowing which output is publishable, and rejecting the ones that are almost right, is the part that takes a creative eye. It is also the reason we review everything before you see it.
Yes, and it usually improves the result. Product shots, brand guidelines, past top performers and existing footage all get used as references. We can also work from nothing but a product listing when that is all that exists.
Video in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 as standard, with 16:9 where you need it, plus statics and animated banners at the sizes your channels take. Marketplace listing specs, including Amazon, are handled too.
Yes. Localisation runs inside the same production pass rather than as a separate project, which is what keeps it fast. For Post-Peak we localised four videos for a new market in days.
