Case study
POST-PEAK
How DeviLabs helped Post-Peak scale Meta ad creative with AI video — and localize it for the Lithuanian market
A one-month engagement producing 9 AI-generated Meta ad assets, including AI UGC, an AI VSL, and full Lithuanian voiceover localization.
Key takeaways
- DeviLabs delivered 9 Meta-ready AI video assets for Post-Peak over a 1-month engagement, with each asset shipped in 1–3 days.
- The output covered three distinct formats: AI UGC ads, a 60-second AI VSL, and fully localized Lithuanian voiceovers on existing English creative.
- Traditional UGC and localization production typically takes 3–6 weeks per batch. AI production compresses that to days — the iteration speed Meta's ad delivery algorithm rewards.
- Every asset was produced without a camera, studio, on-set day, or local voice talent — the entire pipeline runs on DeviLabs' in-house AI creative production system.
- This case study is a working example of how DeviLabs replaces slow, expensive traditional creative production with a fast, AI-powered pipeline for DTC brands across Europe and the US.
The brief
Post-Peak came to DeviLabs with a clear creative need: they wanted to expand their Meta Ads creative library quickly, without going through the cost and timeline of traditional UGC production — and they needed part of that output localized for the Lithuanian market.
Traditional UGC production is slow. Casting a creator, shipping product, briefing, filming, editing, and revising typically takes 3–6 weeks per batch. For a DTC brand running paid ads on Meta, that timeline kills creative testing velocity. You can't kill underperforming creative fast enough, and you can't scale winning angles before they fatigue.
Localization adds another layer of friction. Most agencies either re-film the entire video with local creators (expensive) or slap subtitles on top of English content (low conversion). Neither approach respects how Lithuanian audiences actually respond to ads.
Post-Peak needed something faster — and they needed a partner who could deliver studio-quality AI video without it looking generic, plastic, or obviously machine-generated.
What we delivered
Over a one-month engagement, we produced nine total video assets for Post-Peak's Meta Ads account, delivered in rolling batches with 1–3 day turnaround per asset. The output broke down into three distinct creative formats:
Video 1 — AI UGC ad (female creator, English)
The first video is a fully AI-generated UGC-style ad featuring a female creator speaking directly to camera across multiple scenes and angles. The format mimics the look and feel of authentic creator content — handheld framing, natural lighting variation between shots, and conversational delivery — but every frame is generated using our AI production pipeline.
UGC remains one of the highest-performing creative formats on Meta because it doesn't look like advertising. The challenge with AI UGC has historically been the "uncanny" feel — viewers can sense something is off, and they scroll. We solved this through a combination of character consistency across shots, refined motion generation, natural voiceover pacing, and careful prompt engineering on the still frames that anchor each scene.
Video 2 — AI VSL (male presenter, English)
The second video is a near 60-second video sales letter (VSL) featuring a male presenter delivering a structured pitch across multiple cuts and scene changes. VSLs are a fundamentally different ad format from UGC. Where UGC works through implied authenticity, a VSL works through structured persuasion — hook, problem, agitation, solution, proof, offer.
For Post-Peak, we scripted the VSL around the brand's core product benefits, then produced the full 60 seconds entirely with AI. No camera, no studio, no on-set day. The result is a long-form Meta ad asset that would traditionally require a production crew, a script supervisor, and at least a week of post-production.
Video 3 — Lithuanian localization
The third video is part of a four-asset batch we localized for Post-Peak's Lithuanian market. Rather than re-shooting with Lithuanian creators or relying on subtitles, we used AI voiceover generation to fully localize the audio track of existing English-language creatives.
The localized voiceovers were generated with our AI voice pipeline, calibrated to match the original creator's tone, pacing, and energy. Lip-sync was handled in post using AI-driven mouth-shape adjustment, so the final output feels native to a Lithuanian viewer — not dubbed.
This is where AI video production genuinely outperforms traditional methods. Localizing four videos through traditional means would have meant casting four Lithuanian voice actors, a recording session, lip-sync re-edits, and approximately 2–3 weeks of additional production time. We delivered the full batch in days.
Why AI video works for DTC Meta ads
The reason this engagement worked isn't just that AI is faster — although it is. The reason is that AI lets you iterate at the speed Meta's algorithm actually rewards.
Meta's ad delivery system favors fresh creative. Ad fatigue typically sets in within 7–14 days on a scaling ad account, and the brands that scale spend successfully are the ones that can feed the algorithm a constant pipeline of new variations. Traditional production cycles — 3–6 weeks per UGC batch — can't keep up. AI production can.
Creative is no longer a static asset you produce once and run for months. It's a living pipeline.
For Post-Peak specifically, the value wasn't just nine finished videos — it was the system behind them. Each video can be regenerated, recut, or re-localized in hours, not weeks. New variations spin off existing winners. Underperforming creative gets killed and replaced before it drags down account-level performance.
This is the shift happening across DTC right now: creative is no longer a static asset you produce once and run for months. It's a living pipeline, and AI is the production layer that makes that pipeline economically viable.
Our creative production approach
For brands and operators researching how this kind of output is actually produced, here's the creative methodology DeviLabs applied to the Post-Peak engagement:
-
01
Character consistency Every creator, presenter, and product shot stays visually identical across multi-shot sequences, so the videos read as coherent ads instead of stitched-together AI frames.
-
02
Cinematic motion direction Scene-by-scene control over camera movement, framing, and pacing, so the output feels directed rather than randomly generated.
-
03
High-fidelity scene generation Production-grade video output that holds up at Meta's full-resolution placements (Feed, Reels, Stories).
-
04
AI voiceover and localization Multilingual voice generation with native pacing and tone, plus lip-sync adjustment for non-dubbed localized output.
-
05
Meta-spec finishing Final edit, pacing, captions, aspect-ratio variants, and export tuned to Meta's ad delivery requirements.
This methodology is what makes 1–3 day delivery realistic. It's also what we apply across every AI creative engagement at DeviLabs, from supplement brands in the US to fashion DTC brands in the EU. You can see the full list of what we offer on our services page.

Post-Peak
Why this case study matters
For Post-Peak, the engagement produced a working library of nine Meta-ready video assets, a localized Lithuanian creative set, and a production rhythm that supports ongoing iteration.
For DeviLabs, the engagement is a clean example of what we do for every DTC brand we work with: replace slow, expensive traditional creative production with a faster, AI-powered pipeline — without sacrificing the strategic thinking that makes ads actually convert.
If you're a DTC brand running paid ads on Meta and your creative production is bottlenecking your testing velocity, this is the model we'd build for you. UGC, VSLs, localization, static ads, motion graphics — all produced with AI, all delivered in days instead of weeks.
